Case registered against four accused including bride’s brother for assault on DJ during wedding procession in Azamgarh.
A case of assault over dancing on a DJ in a marriage procession has come to light in Nooruddinpur village of Jiyanpur Kotwali area of Sagdi tehsil of Azamgarh district. Both the Baraati and Gharati parties clashed over dancing on the DJ. And meanwhile there was a fierce fight between the two sides.

In this case, a case has been registered against four accused including the bride’s brother. Police have started investigating the case. Police say that the investigation is being carried forward on the basis of nearby CCTV footage and mobile recording. Two people have suffered serious injuries in this fight.

Late on Friday night, the daughter of a resident of Nooruddinpur was getting married. During this time, people from the bride’s and groom’s parties clashed with each other over the DJ dance in the wedding procession that came from Dohrighat Bailauli in Mau district.
During this time fighting started. On Saturday, in this case, Dipu Nishad filed a complaint at Jeevanpur police station and filed a case of assault against four accused including the bride’s brother Ashish Atul Nishad, Goli Nishad and Gau Nishad. The police has registered a case in the matter and has started investigating the matter as well as searching for the accused. Jeyanpur police say that the accused will be arrested soon.
