MP said- a case was filed against me for raising the voice of the people. MP said – Case filed against me for raising public voice: Those who committed excesses in Sambhal violence should be punished, five people lost their lives – Sambhal News
SP MP from Sambhal, Ziaur Rahman Burke, while speaking in the Lok Sabha House, said that I come from the land of Sambhal, where work was done to weaken the Constitution 15 days ago. The way 5 people were killed there, the way more than 20 people were shot.

MP Burke said, I am not afraid of a case against me and whether this case is against an opposition MP or a ruling party MP, all of you are the voice of the public and you become accountable by going among the public. What wrong had I done when I raised the voice of my people? A case was filed against me. A case was filed against me only on this basis. I want those people to get justice. Those who have committed atrocities should be punished.
The MP said that an Imam was arrested just because he had given Azaan through loudspeaker. It is regrettable that such atrocities are happening with us today. Our Constitution talks about the strength of farmers. Which is the backbone of this country. 130 farmers who are in jail for more than 10 days. If you are not able to give rights to the farmers, then who will you work to give rights to, I regret.
Let us tell you that on November 19, the Hindu side claimed in the Civil Senior Division Chandausi Court that the Shahi Jama Masjid of Sambhal is Shri Harihar Temple. The first round of survey of the mosque was conducted on the evening of 19 November and the second round of survey was conducted on 24 November. During the ongoing survey in the mosque, thousands of people gathered and started pelting stones and firing at the police, resulting in five deaths. The angry mob burnt the vehicles.
