Shami in Bengal team for Vijay Hazare Trophy: Sudeep Gharami team captain; Tournament will start from 21st December

Indian fast bowler Mohammed Shami has been included in the Bengal squad for the Vijay Hazare Trophy. At the same time, there is uncertainty about Shami going to Australia for the Border Gavaskar Trophy (BGT).

Vijay Hazare Trophy will start from 21st December. Sudeep Kumar Gharami will captain the Bengal team. He also captained in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Bengal will start its campaign against Delhi on December 21 in Hyderabad.
