The body of a youth was found hanging from a tree under suspicious circumstances in Semra village of Thariyaanv police station area of Fatehpur district. The body of Kesh Chandra alias Gagan, 26-year-old son of Yashwant, resident of Semra village, was found hanging from an acacia tree near the village on Sunday morning. When the family members saw the dead body at around 9 in the morning, there was chaos. A large number of villagers gathered on the spot.
Chandra Prakash, brother of the deceased, told that Kesh Chandra was the operator of the harvester machine and had gone to the field on Saturday night to guard the paddy crop. Chandra Prakash alleged that some people brought his brother home, made him lie on the cot and went away. When asked, he told that Gagan had hanged himself. Chandra Prakash said, “My brother was murdered and later the body was hanged.”

The family is in bad condition, crying and crying. Deceased’s father Yashwant told that his son was unmarried and had gone to guard the fields at night. When the body was found in the morning, there was chaos in the family. The deceased’s brother Ashok Kumar, Ganga and sisters Gayatri, Rekha, Sangeeta and Meena are in bad condition and crying.
Police sent the body for postmortem Police station in-charge Arvind Kumar Rai said that the father of the deceased had informed that his son had committed suicide. The body was found hanging from a tree among the bushes about 100 meters away from the house. Police have sent the body for post-mortem. The station in-charge said, “After the post-mortem report comes, the real cause of death will be known and further action will be taken on that basis.”
