Baby Yadav, son of transporter Gopal Yadav, living in Singhman Hazari locality in Katghar police station area, was missing since December 3. On December 10, his body was found lying in the bushes of the ruined building of MDA’s sourcing hub in Pakbada police station area on Delhi Road. The post mortem report revealed that Baby Yadav was murdered by strangulation. Police have arrested Sheeshpal Saini alias Pala son of Govind Singh Saini, resident of Krishna Colony Govind Nagar in this case.

Police say that during interrogation, Shishpal Saini has told that he has a very good friendship with Pappu Belder, resident of Sundar son Vinod Verma, on the mound of Barbalan police station, Katghar district, Moradabad. Sheeshpal told the police that both of us are drug addicts. Rakesh and Baby Yadav, living in Singhman Hazari locality, also used to take drugs with us. We all are unemployed. In such a situation, they resort to small thefts to get drunk. Sheeshpal Saini told the police that they often used to steal material from the closed MDA sourcing hub in Pakbada and sell it and take drugs. According to the police, Shishpal Saini has told that on the night of 3 December, he along with Sundar and Baby Yadav had reached the closed sourcing hub located in Pakbada area. Stolen a motor from there. When all three started leaving from there, Baby Yadav said that he would not sell this motor but would take it with him. A fight broke out between the three regarding this matter. Sheeshpal and Sundar wanted to sell the motor and distribute the money. Whereas Baby Yadav was adamant on taking the motor home. Due to this the matter escalated and Shishpal and Sundar killed Baby Yadav by strangulating him with a pot.
