Fit India Week started at Sampurnanand Sanskrit University from Tuesday. Yoga-meditation competition was organized on the first day of this week. In which a total of 104 students participated. Fit India Week started in Sanskrit University In this regard, Vice Chancellor Dr. Bihari Lal Sharma said – Fit India Week has been inaugurated in the university as per the vision of the Prime Minister. In this, the students of the university did Yogasana on the first day. 104 students participated in it. In which Daya Sagar Pathak stood first, Vishal Agrahari stood second and Nancy Gupta stood third.

Important step of the country Vice Chancellor Dr. Biharilal Sharma called upon the youth to include yoga and meditation in their lives and make efforts to stay healthy. On this occasion, he also explained about the objectives and importance of Fit India Week. He said that this program is an important step to keep the citizens of the country healthy and fit. And meditation plays an important role in promoting health and happiness in our lives. Fit India Week aims to motivate the citizens of the country to keep themselves healthy and fit. He called upon the youth to include yoga and meditation in their lives and try to stay healthy.

104 took part on the first day According to the university data, first 104 participants took part. Here everyone is taught to do yoga. We will get this ground ready as soon as our players return.
