Angered by the statement given by Home Minister Amit Shah in the House regarding Dr. Ambedkar, AISA workers protested on Wednesday. Marching on foot from Anand Bhawan, they reached Balsan intersection shouting slogans. Police kept trying to stop them

On Tuesday, the Home Minister had said that “It has become a fashion to take the name of Dr. Ambedkar, Ambedkar Ambedkar… If such names were for God, then one would have got heaven for seven births.” In protest against this statement, the workers raised slogans. of. There was a demand for an apology from the Home Minister.

Opposing Amit Shah’s statement, acting state president Manish Kumar demanded Amit Shah’s resignation and apology. President Sakshi Mishra said, Dr. Ambedkar has worked to make the Indian society democratic by creating the Constitution of this country along with providing rights and authority to the women, minorities and deprived sections of this country. In such a situation, Ambedkar’s name is obviously being mentioned again and again. The bar should be taken which is causing trouble to dictator Amit Shah, it also shows his love for Manusmriti which is shameful.
Student Raj Kaushal said that Amit Shah is hating on taking the name of Dr. Ambedkar with the thinking of strengthening varnashram and caste system against Dr. Ambedkar’s egalitarian society, which is shameful. While speaking, Amit, a graduate student, said that in the face of rising inflation and communal polarization in the entire country, BJP and its politics are trying to humiliate the egalitarian heroes.
Expressing his views, Comrade Vivek said that the people of BJP who do not believe in the Indian Constitution have always been insulting Dr. Ambedkar. Dozens of students including Ratan, Rahul, Bhanu, Shivani and Aryan were present in the march and meeting.
