Pensioners’ Day was organized at Ambedkar Auditorium in Siddharthnagar in the presence of DM Dr. Raja Ganpati R and Senior Treasury Officer Ramendra Kumar Maurya. DM congratulated the pensioners and wished them a healthy and long life.

He said that after retirement, family responsibilities increase, but pensioners should live a happy life with their families. During this, senior pensioners aged 90-95 years were honoured. He was praised by wearing body clothes and a fruit garland.

Senior Treasury Officer Ramendra Kumar Maurya said that the problems of pensioners will be resolved expeditiously at the district level. Policy decisions are necessary to resolve the demands of the government level. He also wished the pensioners.
Additional District Magistrate Umashankar, Finance and Accounts Officer Nilottam Choubey, Civil Pensioners Association President Awadhesh Yadav, Basic Education Association President Kranti Kumar, Electricity Pensioners President Sitaram and other officers and employees were present in the program.
