Bad attitude of police in Badaun. Police’s attitude is bad in Badaun: Open shelter home will be closed, operator complains to SSP – Badaun News

The shelter home built in Badaun to provide shelter and treatment to the destitute and the voiceless is set to be closed in the coming days. The reason is that the attitude of Nitin Sharma, in-charge of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Chowki here, is bad.

,

It is alleged that the outpost in-charge patronizes those who commit cruelty to animals and arranges for action against animal lovers. Complaint about the matter has also been made online to the SSP. A case of the outpost in-charge giving patronage to those committing animal cruelty has also come to light, which has been included in the complaint.

Actually, animal lover Vikendra Sharma has sent a complaint to the SSP through email. It has been told that he is the District President of People’s for Animals, an organization formed by former MP Maneka Gandhi to serve animals and prevent cruelty to them. On the morning of 13 December, Deepesh Diwakar of his organization caught a vehicle full of buffaloes and their children.

Animals were kept in it with cruelty. When I called UP 112, the call could not be connected for some reason. While Vikendra called the Nawada outpost in-charge, his phone was not received. As a result, when I called the constable posted at the post, he said that he would reach the spot only after talking to the post in-charge and taking instructions. Meanwhile, the perpetrators of the cruelty took the vehicle laden with animals and ran away.

Misled the officers When the matter was complained on X platform, Nawada Police left no stone unturned in misleading the officers. In its reply, the police wrote that the challan of the concerned vehicle was issued under the Motor Vehicle Act and the animals were loaded in two vehicles and sent.

While there were six animals in the vehicle, loading three animals each in two vehicles also falls under the category of cruelty as per the rules. The rule is that there should be a maximum of two animals in one vehicle. Overall, the police did not fail to calm down the matter by misleading the officers also.

Now warning to close the shelter PFA President has warned that if the actions of Nawada outpost in-charge continue like this, the shelter home will be closed in the coming days. Because the shelter home is also in the same outpost area, while the outpost in-charge threatens animal lovers with lawsuits. It is also alleged that after extortion, the Nawada outpost police also does the work of taking vehicles laden with animals across the border.
