Vidya Devi told that she has three daughters Sushma, Sunita, and Pratima. She lives in a permanent house in Etawah with her younger daughter Pratima. Meanwhile, Sunita and her husband Haribansh Upadhyay prepared fake documents and claimed the house. Vidya Devi says that relatives are well aware of the character and intentions of Haribansh Upadhyay.

Vidya Devi alleged that Haribansh Upadhyay is repeatedly threatening to vacate the house. He demanded the SP to investigate the entire matter and verify the authenticity of the document.
