Vidya Devi, resident of Itwa village of Sakaldiha police station area of Chandauli district, reached the police line on Friday and met SP Aditya Langhe. He accused the District Vice President of BJP and his son-in-law Harivansh Upadhyay of grabbing the ancestral house and preparing fake documents.

Vidya Devi alleged that her son-in-law Harivansh Upadhyay and daughter Sunita have got the house in their name by making a fake donation deed. Vidya Devi says that her son-in-law is conspiring to evict her from her ancestral house in her old age. He has demanded that this fake donation letter should be investigated so that the truth can come out.
Claim of Vidya Devi, mother of three daughters
Vidya Devi told that she has three daughters Sushma, Sunita, and Pratima. She lives in a permanent house in Etawah with her younger daughter Pratima. Meanwhile, Sunita and her husband Haribansh Upadhyay prepared fake documents and claimed the house. Vidya Devi says that relatives are well aware of the character and intentions of Haribansh Upadhyay.
Vidya Devi alleged that Haribansh Upadhyay is repeatedly threatening to vacate the house. He demanded the SP to investigate the entire matter and verify the authenticity of the document.

Virendra Upadhyay, younger brother of BJP leader Harivansh Upadhyay, who reached the police line, said that this is being done by intimidation of power. Despite being real brothers, we were harassed by Harivansh. Our relatives also know about his character and intentions. The SP assured the people that the matter will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken.
