Keeping this in view, egg and sugar free plumcakes are being prepared in the bakery, which are also in great demand.

Amit Dwivedi, manager of Silver Spoon Bakery located in Kakadev, said that on the occasion of Christmas, 12 types of cakes of different flavors and designs are being prepared, which include blue berry, truffle, crunchy pegline, mango chocolate, cheese cake, special plum. Cakes like cake, trimee, bischoff, orange chocolate, fresh fruit cake are included.
The range of these cakes is from Rs 500 to Rs 6000. The operator of Breads Bakery located in Swaroop Nagar said that all types of cakes including butter cake, sponge cake, angel food cake, red velvet are being prepared on demand. Along with this, pastries like Creamy Brownie and White Forest also remain a favorite among the people.

Special Plumcake: Amit told that in the special plum cake priced at Rs 1400, along with spices, dry fruits, candies, petha, orange juice and other materials are chopped and soaked for about four days, after which the base is prepared and made. It takes about 4 hours to prepare the cake.
Bischoff Cake: Bischoff cake is also in great demand during Christmas. A special cake is prepared by preparing a mixture of sponge, cream, Bischoff spread as well as special Bischoff biscuits. The price of Bischoff cake is Rs 1800 per kg.
Trimmy Cake: The bakery operator told that in Trimmi Cake you can enjoy three flavors of Mango, Orange and White Chocolate together. In which these three flavors are prepared by mixing with vanilla bread.
