According to the police, Gola has told that he had gone to Jammu by car with Lavi Pal and Arjun Karnawal on December 4. After visiting Vaishnodevi he returned to Delhi. After the noise about Sunil Pal’s kidnapping, the police started searching for him. After this, all three accused including Lavi Pal went to Haridwar. After staying for two days, all three went to Rishikesh.

SP City Bijnor Sanjeev Vajpayee said that Bijnor and Meerut police had declared a reward of Rs 25,000 each on Akash alias Gola. So far 7 accused have been arrested in the kidnapping. Lavi Pal filed surrender application in Bijnor court

Kidnapping mastermind Lavi Pal has filed a surrender application in the CJM court of Bijnor. The court has sought a report from the Kotwali police of Bijnor in this matter. Apart from this, surrender application has also been filed on behalf of another accused Akash. At the same time, Bijnor police has detained another accused Shiva, he is being interrogated.

According to comedian Sunil Pal, a young man named Anil called and introduced himself as the director of an event company. Asked to come to an event in Haridwar. Some amount was also transferred for this. On December 2, Sunil Pal reached Delhi from Mumbai by flight. Sunil Pal was kidnapped between Delhi and Meerut. Kidnappers brought Sunil Pal to Meerut. He was blindfolded and kept in Meerut.

On December 3, the miscreants asked for Rs 8 lakh ransom online. After getting the money, the miscreants gave me Rs 20,000 for a flight ticket. After this he left me in Lalkurti police station area.

With the ransom money, the criminals bought jewelery worth Rs 4 lakh from Akash Ganga Jewelers in Begumpul and jewelery worth Rs 2.25 lakh from Akshit Singhal’s shop in Jawahar Quarter. Bills were made in the name of Sunil Pal at both the places. A copy of Sunil Pal’s Aadhar card and PAN card was also given.

Lavi’s partner Arjun was arrested by the police on Saturday night. Police had recovered the Scorpio car used in the kidnap, Rs 2 lakh and the mobile used in ransom from him.

On Sunday, while being taken for medical checkup, he had tried to escape by snatching the pistol of the inspector. He was arrested after being shot in the leg in a police encounter. Arjun had told the police – Before the incident, Lavi used to tell all the gang members that if there was planning then no one could catch him.

On November 20, Sarthak Chaudhary alias Rikki, Lavi, Akash, Shiva, Arjun, Ankit, Azim, Shubham, and Sabi Uddin went to Delhi in a rented car and Lavi’s Scorpio. These people boarded the Scorpio from Jain Shikanji restaurant on the Delhi border. He was kidnapped and kept in a house in Mohalla Chahshiri of Bijnor.

Mushtaq Khan told that he was held hostage in Lavi’s house. It was morning after hearing Azaan in the mosque. He gathered courage and came out of the house free from bondage. We met a tempo driver on the way, who told us the way to the mosque. Reached there and people helped me.

Reached my friend’s house in Ghaziabad on 21st November. Reached Mumbai again on 22nd November. The miscreants searched for him in Bijnor for two days. While narrating the incident to the police, Mushtaq had tears in his eyes. Bijnor Police has sent 4 accused to jail in this case.
