Police officers and doctor counseled the student

On December 12, a research scholar of IIT Kanpur had lodged an FIR against Collectorganj ACP Mohsin Khan, accusing her of sexual harassment on the pretext of marriage. After this, SIT was formed on the orders of the Police Commissioner and SIT started its investigation. The police investigation was going on at a fast pace and meanwhile, on December 19, the High Court gave Mohsin arrest stay and a stay on filing the charge sheet till the next hearing. After this the victim student was deeply shocked. She is completely away from her studies and her projects. From Friday afternoon till night, the situation became such that the student started crying continuously and sometimes she would scream and say that everything of hers has been ruined, now she has nothing left except suicide….

The student says that the entire system is working to save the khaki uniform. My fight is not easy. Now after getting arresting stay on accused ACP Mohsin Khan, apart from influencing the investigation, they are also preparing to lodge a false FIR against him. The ACP continued to falsely allege that he was married and had come to their house and tried to kill the newborn child born on 27th November. The student fears that if a false FIR is filed against her, her career will be ruined. His dream of joining civil services and getting a job abroad will not be fulfilled just because a false FIR is filed. For this reason, he has written an open letter pleading for justice from the UP government and the UP Police.

Seeing the condition of the student, the female police officer of the SIT, who was investigating the case, stayed with the student for hours. Assured him that she is helping him fully. IIT doctors also arrived and counseled the student and explained to her that the entire IIT and police family was with her. Will not let the student face any kind of trouble. Student got a shock from the High Court due to lack of advocacy

The student told that she did not know that if accused Mohsin has filed a petition in the High Court, then she too will have to field a lawyer to present her side. The victim alleges that the police sent their report and the government lawyer has not made any representation. Mohsin, the accused, got the benefit of this and got arresting stay. The student says that she will fight this battle till her last breath. Mohsin is getting the benefit of the influence of his position everywhere.
