Sushant Golf City Police of Lucknow arrested two mobile robbers. The looted mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the accused and sent to jail on Saturday.

Nazia Khatun, resident of Tal village of Sitapur district, lives with her family at Neelmatha Railway Crossing, Awadh, Bihar. She was walking on foot to a relative’s house at around five o’clock last Friday evening. During this time, two unknown youths riding a bike had come from behind, pounced on him, snatched his mobile phone and ran away.

Sushant Golf City police station in-charge Anjani Kumar Mishra said that after registering a case on the complaint of the victim, after checking her description and CCTV footage, two robbers Abhishek Rawat alias Bhodun and Sonu Rawat were arrested late in the night.
Police say that both of them used to work as laborers during the day and loot mobile phones in the evening. One case is registered against Abhishek in Sushant Golf City police station and seven cases are registered in Loni Katra police station of Barabanki district. There are four cases registered against Sonu.
