A Sector Magistrate has been deployed for all the centres, who is keeping an eye on the question papers and OMR sheets under tight security. A center administrator has been deployed at each center, who has been given clear instructions that only loyal people with a clean image should be deployed as room inspectors. An officer has been deployed as Static Magistrate at each centre, who will continuously monitor to ensure that the examination is conducted in a fair manner.
Adequate number of police forces have been deployed for tight security. Candidates will be allowed to enter the center only after intensive checking at the main gate of the examination center.
The second shift exam will be held from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Candidates will have to reach the center 45 minutes before the start of the examination. A cloak room has been made near the main entrance of the centre, where candidates will be able to deposit their bags etc.
All shops in the city will remain closed till 6 pm District Magistrate Mangala Prasad Singh has said that in view of the PCS examination, all the shops of Hardoi city will remain closed till 6 pm. The District Magistrate has said that business organizations should also be informed in this regard. Complete compliance with the decision should be ensured. Administration and police teams will continuously monitor the markets.
