Preparatory meeting held in the regional office regarding Atal’s birth anniversary.
On December 25, BJP will celebrate the birth centenary of Bharat Ratna and former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in a grand manner. A meeting regarding this was held in BJP Kanpur-Bundelkhand office on Monday. All BJP officials, monitoring team members and regional officials were present in the meeting.

Jayanti will be celebrated as Good Governance Day Regional President Prakash Pal said that on December 25, the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee will be celebrated as Good Governance Day. This year the event will be special, as it is being celebrated as the birth centenary of Atal.
Live telecast will happen at booth level Media in-charge Anoop Awasthi said that on December 25, President Draupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and other members of the Union Cabinet will pay tribute at the former PM’s Samadhi site in Delhi at 8:30 am. This program will be telecast live across the country up to the booth level.
Live telecast will be done at every booth and tribute will be paid.
Responsibility for coordinating functions in all districts The media in-charge said that the responsibility has been entrusted to Regional Vice President Anita Gupta and Regional Minister Sunil Tiwari to systematically organize the Atal Birth Centenary Celebrations 2024-25.
These officers were present in the meeting In the meeting, Regional General Secretary Poonam Dwivedi, Pawan Pratap Singh, Regional Coordinator of Social Media Harsh Dwivedi, Alok Shukla, Pawan Pandey, Rishabh Shukla, Jitendra Sachan, Ram Singh Chandel, Arshi Sultana, Rashmi Srivastava, Aditya Shukla, Ashutosh Dixit and other regional officials were present. Members of the monitoring team were present.
Events will be organized like this at the booth level – At all the booths, floral tributes will be paid to the photo of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. -Workers along with their families will watch the live telecast of Good Governance Day at the booth level. -Young participants will recite two poems selected by the central team. -Discussion of Atal’s contribution at the booth and honoring of senior workers who worked with him.
Organizing at divisional level 1. Good Governance Yatra will be taken out on the roads constructed under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana. 2. After the yatra, farmers and development schemes of Atal ji and Modi government will be discussed by setting up a chaupal.
Exhibition will be organized at district level. The exhibition based on the life and contributions of Atal will be inaugurated by the Minister, MP, and senior leaders of the district. 2. The exhibition will continue for a week, to which all sections will be invited.
