Tribute paid in office Mayor Pramila Pandey, former Mayor Ravindra Patni and all the officials offered flowers to the Atal statue installed in the office. MP Ramesh Awasthi said that Atal ji was famous for his scholarship, gentleness and energetic oratory style. Similarly, in Nankari, Ward 27 councilor Sunil Kumar Paswan distributed blankets to the poor on the occasion of Atal’s birth anniversary.
Tribute paid on Atal Jayanti A program was organized at the BJP Kanpur Bundelkhand regional headquarters on the 100th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister of the country, Bharat Ratna Revered Atal Bihari Vajpayee. In the program, Regional President Prakash Pal paid floral tributes to Atal ji’s portrait and paid tribute to his great personality and contribution.
Birth anniversary celebrated at 20,845 booths Regional media in-charge Anup Awasthi said that on the occasion of the birth centenary of Atal ji, birth anniversary programs were organized at 20,845 booths in BJP Kanpur Bundelkhand region.
Programs were organized at various places on Atal Jayanti.
Women Commission members, Regional Vice President Anita Gupta, Pawan Pratap Singh, Jai Prakash Kushwaha, Pawan Pandey, Rishabh Shukla, Alok Shukla, Jitendra Sachan etc. were present in the program organized at the party headquarters.
Anniversary celebrated as Good Governance Day On the 100th birth anniversary of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Atal Vichar Manch organized a program at Hotel Ocean Grand, Saket Nagar. State President of Atal Atal Vichar Manch, Ramdev Shukla welcomed the chief guest Ramesh Awasthi by presenting the symbol and Tulsi plant.
Former presidents of Kanpur Bar Association, Satyendra Dwivedi and Ramkumar Shukla were honored with mementos.
