Died as soon as he returned home after a meeting with a property dealer. Vijay Lakshmi, resident of Kalli West Amol village, told that on March 23, 2023, her husband Siyaram was taken away by brother-in-law Bachchan and property dealer Ram Sagar. He had called him regarding the sale of a property. Siyaram returned home at around eight o’clock in the night. As soon as he came home, he started vomiting and foam started coming out of the mouth. He died before he could be taken to the doctor. Vijay Lakshmi alleges that out of greed for property, Bachchan and Ram Sagar together killed her husband by feeding him poisonous substance.

After the death of her husband, her in-laws threw her out of the house. Accusing the police of not listening, the victim also told that after the death of her husband, on 11 April 23, her in-laws threw her out of the house along with her three daughters. On May 8, he complained at the police post and police station, but when no hearing was given, he wrote letters to the authorities. When he did not get justice, he took refuge in the court. According to PGI Police, FIR has been registered against Bachchan alias Shriram and Ram Sagar on the orders of the court. Further action will be taken based on evidence.
