Accident happened while crossing the road
Let us tell you, this incident happened in Methu market located in Mardah police station area. Where on Thursday, local resident Durgavati Devi (40) was returning home from the fields. Meanwhile, while crossing the road on the Varanasi-Gorakhpur highway, a speeding bike hit him hard. As soon as the collision occurred, the woman fell on the road and got seriously injured.
Woman dies during treatment
After the accident, the local people immediately admitted the woman to the district hospital of Mau. Where the attending doctor referred the injured after first aid. After this, the family members took the injured woman to a private hospital in the city and admitted her, where she died during treatment.
The woman had gone to the farm
During the post-mortem of the body on Thursday, the family members told that Durgavati had gone to the field to defecate in the morning. While returning home from the farm, a speeding bike hit him on the road, due to which he died. He told that Durgavati has left behind her husband and three children.
