The miscreants left after threatening them. Suresh Rana (45), resident of old vegetable market area near Gagalhedi town post, was resting in his house. Two attackers reached his house on foot and entered Suresh’s room straight away. The attackers opened fire on Suresh who was lying on the bed. Hearing the sound of gunshot, Suresh’s wife and son reached the room, but by then the attackers had fled.
The family and neighbors tried to chase the attackers, but they managed to escape towards Dehradun Road. As soon as the information was received, the police also reached the spot and the injured Suresh was taken to the district hospital. Where the doctors declared him dead. Suresh leaves behind his beloved wife, a son and a daughter.
Attackers captured in CCTV Police have started scanning the CCTV footage of the area. Both the attackers are seen in a footage. On the basis of which police teams have been formed for their identification and arrest. Meanwhile, the deceased’s brother-in-law Digvijay told that Suresh had no enmity with anyone. In such a situation, it cannot be said who murdered him and why.
SP City Abhimanyu Manglik says that the deceased used to work in property. The reasons for the murder are being investigated. The murder will be exposed soon.
