93 trains in Kanpur, late by 11 hours Due to fog and cold wave, the operation of trains and roadways buses is continuously being affected. Due to fog and mist, 93 trains of Delhi, Howrah and Mumbai routes were delayed by 11 hours in Kanpur. In this case, 2282 passengers returned their tickets and 97 passengers were given permission to travel in other trains through connecting reservation.
