The Municipal Corporation had floated a tender for the road built in Lucknow. Now the Municipal Corporation officials have canceled the tender due to protest. A tender was issued to construct five roads in Ismailganj Ward II.

The department is now investigating which department has constructed the road. In this regard, a letter will be sent to the CDO office, so that it can be known which department has done the construction.
Tender was to be filled by 15th January The Municipal Corporation had issued a tender on December 31 for the construction of five roads in the said ward, which was to be completed by January 15. The roads for which the tender was issued had been constructed about three months ago. In this regard, after the news was published in the media on Saturday, the Civil Engineering Department of the Municipal Corporation became active. After investigation at our level, the said tender was canceled on Monday.
Municipal Corporation sent letter to CDO
In this matter, Chief Engineer of Municipal Corporation Mahesh Verma says that the tender issued for the construction of five roads has been cancelled. Besides, it is also being ascertained by which department these roads have been constructed. For this, a letter will be sent to the Chief Development Officer office on Tuesday. Through which the department that constructed the said road had issued a tender on December 31.
