As soon as information about the incident was received, there was chaos in the family. Abhishek Kumar, 21 year old son of Arun Kumar Shakya, resident of Santoshpur Adda of Police Station Friends Colony area, had gone from home to work as a laborer on the railway track. The accident occurred near pillar number 1145/16, when he was working with his partner and was crushed by the speeding train.
After receiving the information, the family reached the spot and saw the crying body. After two hours the police reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem. Abhishek Kumar was the elder son of the family, who was a D Pharma student and was earning the livelihood of the family through his hard work. She was married to Jaharpura of Samho village one and a half years ago. The condition of the deceased’s father Arun Kumar, mother Gulabwati, wife Anjali and 17 year old younger brother Aman was in a miserable state. The family members have demanded compensation from the administration.
