A couple riding a bike was crushed by a speeding truck in Moradabad. The speed of the truck was so high that it dragged the couple riding a bike to a distance of about 50 meters. The couple who were seriously injured in the accident died on the spot. Truck driver dead after accident

The husband and wife who died in the accident have been identified as Yashpal Singh (50 years), resident of Sadakpur village in Rehar police station area of Bijnor district, and his wife Pakesh. The accident occurred near Nailka village in Dilari police station area on Thakurdwara-Kashipur road. Dilari police reached the spot on receiving information about the accident, filled the Panchnama and sent the bodies of the husband and wife for post-mortem. The truck found on the spot has also been seized.
The police called the couple’s house and informed them about the accident. The bodies of both have been kept in the mortuary in Moradabad.
