The viral video is from Freeganj, Peer Kalyan area of January 5. It is being told that as part of the cleanliness survey, a platform for a portable compactor is being prepared here. AE Somesh Verma along with another officer had arrived to inspect the same. He scolded the contractor for not preparing the platform as per the standards. Even before the contractor could say anything, the AE got angry. He told the contractor a lot.
