Fans of Pushpa 2: The Rule are in for a treat as the ‘Reloaded Version’ of the Allu Arjun starrer will feature an additional 20-minutes of new footage starting from January 11.

Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule has been ruling the box office right from the day it was released. It is undoubtedly the biggest film of 2024, setting unparalleled examples of success since its release on December 5. From winning the hearts of the audience to breaking box office records, the film has left its mark everywhere. Now, a month after its release, the makers of Pushpa 2 have announced ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule Reloaded Version’ with an extended cut of the entertainer.
Amidst its success spree, audiences are in for a treat as an additional 20 minutes of footage will be attached to the film in theaters starting from 11th January. Yes, the wildfire of Pushpa will blaze for 20 more minutes in theaters from 11th January! While announcing this exciting update, the makers took to their social media and wrote, “#Pushpa2TheRule RELOADED VERSION with 20 minutes of added footage will play in cinemas from 11th January The WILDFIRE gets extra FIERY #Pushpa2Reloaded #Pushpa2 #WildFirePushpa”
Needless to say, fans were thrilled with this update! “2000cr Loading,” read one comment, while another one read, “This is what we wanted, then now nobody can stop Pushpa 2 from earning 2000 crores at the box office.”
Pushpa 2: The Rule, directed by Sukumar and featuring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil. The film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar writings with music on T Series. The film released on 5th December 2024.
The film has been on a record-breaking spree since its release. Directed by Sukumar, the film has dominated the box office, remaining strong even in its third and fourth weeks. On Sunday, the makers announced that the Hindi dubbed version has crossed the ₹800 crore mark in India, making it the first Hindi film to achieve this milestone.
Amid its success, Pushpa 2 has also been embroiled in controversy. On December 4, a tragic stampede at the film’s premiere resulted in the death of a 35-year-old woman, Revathi, and left her eight-year-old son injured. Lead actor Allu Arjun was arrested on December 13 in connection with the incident and released on interim bail the following day. The Nampally court in Hyderabad granted regular bail to Allu Arjun on January 3 in the stampede case.
Despite the controversy, Pushpa 2: The Rule has cemented its place in Indian cinema history with groundbreaking box office figures and a lasting cultural impact.
