In the case of the dead body of a confectioner found hanging in Mainpuri, a case of abetment to suicide has been registered against four named accused on the basis of the complaint filed by the youth’s mother.

Let us tell you that on Tuesday, the family had blocked Kurawali Road near Karimganj of Bichwan police station area by keeping the dead body. The family members were alleging murder. The Superintendent of Police and the District Magistrate were trying to take the body to the office.

The case was related to Ramnagar town of Kishni police station area. Where yesterday the dead body of a youth Baba alias Dhan Singh, resident of village Alipur Keshavpur, was found hanging in his living room. The body of the deceased was taken into custody and sent for postmortem.

The shopkeeper had threatened to kill

The police were talking about taking action on the basis of the postmortem report. The family members alleged that their son’s labor shopkeeper owed Rs 4 lakh. When he asked, they threatened him. They were not paying him the money for his wages. The shopkeeper and his family had threatened his son that they would beat him to death.

Jam opened on assurance of filing case

After that they took the deceased with them. Said to pay less at the shop and will give the money slowly. Family members accused him of murdering his son. The family members were trying to take the body to the SP office by alleging murder. When those were stopped, they kept the dead body on Kurawali Road near Karimganj and created a ruckus. The traffic jam was cleared by giving assurance of registering a case by the police. After that the family performed the last rites of the dead body.

Kishni police station in-charge Maharaj Singh Bhati said that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the youth’s mother Geeta, a case has been registered under relevant sections against Rakesh Gupta’s son Ramnath, Gaurav Gupta, Guddu Gupta and Pappu Gupta’s sons.
