The special judge of the Gangster Court found the accused Bheli Muslim, son of Basantu, resident of Hukulganj police station cantt, involved in running the gang. Found guilty on the basis of police charge sheet, statements of witnesses and evidence. After the statement of Inspector Cantt in charge of Commissionerate Varanasi, the special judge sentenced gangster Bheli Muslim to two years of rigorous imprisonment. He was punished with a fine of Rs 5000. The period spent by him in jail will be reduced in his sentence.
