The Nagar Panchayat office has been constructed at the main intersection at a cost of approximately Rs 1.89 crore. The construction work is being done by CNDS. The organization has completed it just a month ago. After the municipal elections, the city president and councilors had given priority to the construction of the office.
Waiting for launch date City President Navrang Singh said that time has been sought from Urban Development Minister AK Sharma for the inauguration. Due to Kharvas and Kumbh, the minister has not been able to get time, but the inauguration is expected soon. After the inauguration of the new building, it will be easier for the employees to do development work and solve the problems of the public.
New building equipped with modern facilities Sarvesh Srivastava, EO of Nagar Panchayat Mathauli, said that the new building is equipped with all modern facilities. Apart from the auditorium, important rooms, and office of the city president and EO, electricity and other facilities have also been taken care of. This two-storey building has been constructed at a cost of approximately Rs 2 crore.
