A shocking case has come to light in Talkatora police station area of Lucknow. A young man physically exploited a woman for three years on the pretext of marriage and is now refusing to marry her. The police have arrested the accused and sent him to jail.

According to SI Ranjit Pathak, the victim, a resident of Dubagga police station area, had met Shobhit Dixit, a resident of Siklin Tola, Beniganj, Hardoi, in a temple three years ago. After this, the accused Pal kept meeting the victim in a rented house located at Tiraha Saripura Road, Talkatora and kept physically exploiting her by promising her marriage.

When the victim talked about marriage, the accused flatly refused. When the woman complained, the accused threatened to kill her and throw her in the drain. On the complaint of the victim, the police registered a case and arrested the accused on Friday and sent him to jail.
