Kalki devotees lit 551 lamps on the consecration of Ramlala temple in the famous Sri Kalki Vishnu temple of Sambhal. DM reached Kalki temple, lit the lamp and had darshan of Lord Sri Kalki, also saw the rangoli made by children, visited the temple.

On Saturday, lamps were lit in the ancient Sri Kalki Vishnu temple located in Mohalla Kot East, Sambhal area’s Sadar Kotwali, on the anniversary of the 1st year of the consecration of Lord Shri Ramlala, while Prasad was distributed after singing bhajans and kirtans.

DM Dr. Rajendra Pansia, CDO Gorakhnath Bhatt, SDM Vandana Mishra, Municipality EO Dr. Manibhushan Tiwari, HOD of Patanjali Research Center Dr. Rashmi, Dr. Dharamveer Sharma visited Kalki Temple. Saw the rangoli made by the children at the prayer shrine of Ramlala and all the officials including the DM lit the lamps, while after them yesterday’s devotees also lit the lamps.
Acharya Pt. Shobhit Shastri told that on the completion of one year of the consecration of Lord Ramlala’s life on ancient Kalki Vishnu, hundreds of lamps were lit on the occasion of Deepotsav, the District Magistrate was also present on this occasion.
Devotee Deepa Varshney told that today is the birth anniversary of Lord Ram, Shri Ram had arrived in Ayodhya, hence Diwali is celebrated by lighting lamps on that occasion.
