Mirzapur’s new Superintendent of Police Somen Verma visited Vindhyachal Dham regarding the preparations for Prayagraj Mahakumbh 2025. He made a thorough inspection of the Maa Vindhyavasini temple complex and surrounding areas, where lakhs of devotees visit every day during the Kumbh Mela.

The SP inspected the police control room established in the temple premises and gave necessary directions to the officers posted there. He took information about all the routes leading to the Dham and also inspected the duty points. Keeping in mind the convenience of the devotees, he also took stock of the arrangements for rest places and parking for the devotees coming for Ganga bath, darshan and worship.

The Superintendent of Police directed the concerned officers to make comprehensive arrangements for the safety of the devotees, smooth traffic arrangements and uninterrupted darshan and worship of Maa Vindhyavasini. The administration is fully focused on ensuring that the Kumbh Mela 2025 is organized successfully and safely.
