The accused, a resident of Bahraich, is doing a course together. According to the girl, a resident of Kushinagar, she is living at her uncle’s house and doing a nursing course from an institute located in Chinhat. Where Rahul from Bahraich is also doing the course along with him. Where both of them became friends. After that, he seduced me and took me to his room. Where he started obscenity with her. He started threatening to commit suicide in protest and write my name on the suicide note. The fear was calmed by his threat. Taking advantage of this, Rahul raped and made obscene videos. After showing it to her, he blackmailed her and started sexual exploitation. She remained silent due to fear of defamation and threat of implicating Rahul by committing suicide.
Sent obscene message to father for maintaining distance The victim told the police that Rahul started threatening her if she kept her distance. When she did not respond, he sent the video made during the rape to her father’s mobile phone. Also threatened to make photos and videos viral on the fake account created in my name on social media. According to Chinhat police station in-charge Bharat Pathak, an FIR has been registered against the accused Rahul on the complaint of the student. The accused is being searched.
