A new Vice Chancellor has been posted in Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh State University of Aligarh. Now Professor Narendra Bahadur Singh will be the new Vice Chancellor of the University. Till now he was working at Khwala Moinuddin Chishti Language University in Lucknow.

State Governor Anandiben Patel has issued orders for the appointment of a new VC. The appointment of the new VC will be for the next 3 years as soon as he assumes charge. If sources are to be believed, the new VC will reach Aligarh on January 13 and will take charge on the same day.

After becoming Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh State University, Prof. NB Singh will be the second Vice Chancellor here. As the first Vice Chancellor of the University, three years ago, Prof. The responsibility was handed over to Chandrashekhar, whose tenure has now been completed.
Pro. The responsibility has been handed over to NB Singh only after the completion of Chandrashekhar’s tenure. However, there was speculation in the district that Prof. Chandrashekhar’s tenure as VC in Aligarh may be extended. But after the issuance of the Governor’s order, all these speculations have been put to rest.
