A male skeleton was found in the bushes of Bhelakharg Kala Siwan in Belhar police station area of ​​Sant Kabirnagar on Saturday. On Saturday, villagers who had gone to collect wood saw a skeleton near the bushes, which was immediately informed to Dial 112.

As soon as the information was received, CO Keshavnath and SO Belhar Nandu Gautam reached the spot with the police force. Police also recovered clothes, slippers, slippers and towel along with the skeleton from the spot. Nearby people were called for identification, in which a woman named Savitri identified the skeleton as her husband.

Savitri told that her 48-year-old husband Ramnarayan (father Munnar) had gone missing from home on August 1, 2024. He was addicted to drinking alcohol. His missing report was lodged with the police. The clothes and slippers found confirmed the identity of the skeleton as that of missing Ramnarayan.

CO Keshavnath said that the skeleton has been sent for postmortem. The exact cause of death will be known only after the postmortem report comes. Police are investigating the matter thoroughly.
