Police arrested a robber carrying a reward of Rs 15,000
Hardoi Police has achieved a major success and arrested a robber carrying a reward of Rs 15,000. The arrested accused Guddu, son of Saukat, is a resident of village Tumurki, police station Majhila. The accused is accused of committing several crimes.

According to the police, a major incident took place on 21 September 2024 at Kotwali police station Shahbad. When Dharampal, a liquor shop salesman, was returning home after closing the shop at night, some miscreants stopped him, beat him up and looted the cash he had. Similarly, on December 3, 2024, the mobile phone of an e-rickshaw driver was stolen in Raibhamuradpur.
Guddu’s name came to light in the investigation of both the incidents. The SP had announced a reward of Rs 15,000 for the arrest of the accused. Police arrested Guddu on the information of informer. At present, the police is interrogating the accused and trying to trace his other associates.
Police said that legal action has been initiated against the accused. Special teams have been formed to arrest other members of his gang. Police believe that Guddu’s arrest may reveal many other incidents in the area.
