The main leader of this gang is Nawab Arzoo of Siwan district of Bihar, who is currently lodged in Gorakhpur jail. Police said that a reward will also be announced on the accused in this case and the possibility of his arrest is being expressed soon.

Gang exposed by police operation The matter came to light when UP ATS (Anti Terrorism Squad) arrested Nawab Arzoo and his associate Raju in a major operation near Siwan Railway Station on September 1. Fake stamps, cash and a vehicle were recovered from them.

During interrogation, Nawab Arzoo revealed that Arpit Jain is a prominent person from Western Uttar Pradesh, who invests in the business of fake stamps. After this, Cantt Police also registered a case against Arpit Jain and intensified efforts to arrest him.

No trace of Arpit Jain could be found in Firozabad According to the police, raids were conducted against Arpit Jain several times in Firozabad, but till now no clue has been found. Police sources say that Arpit Jain’s network is very strong, and he is hiding at various locations to avoid arrest. Police claim that the arrest of the accused will be ensured soon.

Trade in fake notes along with fake stamps The expose of this gang was even more shocking when it came to light that it was not only doing fake stamp business but also printed fake notes. UP ATS succeeded in recovering four fake notes of Rs 200 from Cantt police station on the information of Nawab Arzoo. After this, the section of printing fake notes has also been added to the case.

Police officials said that many members of this gang are active in different states, and it has spread its activities not only in Gorakhpur but also in many other parts of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Other information related to the functioning of this gang is still coming to light and the police is continuing the investigation.

NBW issued for arrest of Arpit Jain SP City Abhinav Tyagi said that the police have so far arrested all the main accused in this case and sent them to jail, and NBW has been issued for the arrest of Arpit Jain. He said that the police is continuously working to completely destroy the network of this gang.

Along with this, SP also said that after the arrest of Arpit Jain, other cases related to this gang will also be revealed. The police will soon announce a reward on the accused, so that it can help in his arrest.
