The situation changed when local people complained about this matter to Hardoi MP Jai Prakash Rawat 20 days ago. After the intervention of the MP, the Minister in-charge directed the Superintending Engineer of the department to start the feeder within 13 days.

The department started the feeder on the 11th day itself, but challenges still persist. Local consumers say that due to dilapidated poles and lines, there may be problems in uninterrupted power supply. Consumers like Lallan Singh, Ramhujoor and Pandit Ramasare believe that without improvement in infrastructure, regular power supply will be difficult.

Due to departmental negligence, the feeder could not be repaired for such a long time. Although there is relief now with the activation of the feeder, for a complete solution it is necessary to replace the dilapidated infrastructure, so that uninterrupted power supply can be ensured in the area.
