The Gangster Act court in Unnao has convicted three accused of murder of a farmer and Gangster Act in the final hearing of the case. The court has sentenced all three accused to life imprisonment for committing the crime. The judge found all guilty

Parmeshwar, a resident of Singhupur Majra Beriyagada of Bangarmau Kotwali area, gave a complaint to the police and told that Pyarelal, Rampal and Rameshwar, residents of Setuhi village, had borrowed money from his brother Nanhelal. Many times he asked all three people to return the money, but all three would tell him to return the money later and let him go. In between, the brother put more pressure on all three to give the money, then all three together planned to kill the brother.

On the night of July 1, 2007, the accused called brother Nanhelal to his house to give him money and strangulated him to death. After this, the three accused threw the dead body on the banks of Ganga. He came to know about the incident from the nearby villagers. On the basis of the complaint, the police had registered a report against the three murder accused.

On July 7, 2007, the accused were arrested and sent to jail. Later the police filed a report against the three under the Gangster Act. The case was investigated by the then SHO MP Salonia and after gathering sufficient evidence against the three accused, the charge sheet was filed in the court on 21 September 2007.

For a long time the case was pending in the court of Additional District Judge Pancham Gangster Act. During the final hearing of the case, after hearing the arguments of the government lawyer from the prosecution, Judge Shipra Arya convicted the three accused Pyarelal, Rampal and Rameshwar and sentenced them to rigorous life imprisonment.
