Lucknow High Court, while giving an important decision on Friday, rejected the PIL for removal of alleged encroachment in Balganj Railway Colony. A division bench of Chief Justice Arun Bhansali and Justice Manoj Kumar Gupta made an interesting observation during the hearing of the petition.

The court found that the petitioner Surat Singh Patel, who is in-charge of Adarsh Inter College. Their own school is built against the layout plan passed for the staff colony.
The Court also clarified that the petitioner has filed this petition due to personal dispute with respondent No. 7. Keeping these facts in mind, the court rejected the petition.
