The accused took the innocent child in his lap Actually, the girl was playing outside her house. At the same time, a young man from the nearby village, Durgesh, came from the chowmin shop and seduced the girl by luring her with chowmin. The girl, who was completely innocent, fell in love with his words and as she came closer, the accused forcefully picked her up in his lap and took her to an isolated mustard field located about 50 meters away.
The accused absconded from the spot When the girl felt herself in danger, she started screaming loudly. Hearing her scream, her grandmother and the people of the village immediately reached the spot. Hearing the screams of the girl, the accused ran away from the spot out of fear. During this time, injury marks were also found on the girl’s body, which made it clear that the accused had tried to molest the girl badly.
Police searching for the accused After the incident, the girl’s grandmother lodged a complaint with the police, on which the police immediately registered a case against the accused. The accused has been identified as Durgesh, a resident of the adjacent village.
Police have intensified their search for him and CO Campierganj Gaurav Tripathi said that the accused will be arrested soon. Considering the seriousness of the incident, the police have increased patrolling in the area.
