The weather has changed once again in UP. There was heavy rain in Noida late on Wednesday night. The Meteorological Department has issued a rain alert in 19 districts today. Lightning can also occur with strong winds. There is dense fog in 35 districts since morning.

Visibility has reached 10 meters in Lucknow. Ayodhya remained the coldest district on Wednesday. The minimum temperature recorded here was 7 degrees. Varanasi remained the hottest district. The maximum temperature recorded here was 28 degrees.

This was the temperature in January 2016 BHU meteorologist Manoj Srivastava said – In 2016, the maximum temperature in Varanasi was recorded at 28.5 and minimum at 7 degrees in the month of January, but this year Varanasi broke the record of the city with the highest temperature thrice in a single week.
The temperature has increased by three to four degrees in a week. A high of 28 degrees was recorded on January 22, 28.7 degrees on January 21, 25.8 degrees on January 20, and 25.2 degrees on January 19. Accordingly, the heat in Varanasi broke the record of 9 years.
Why did the weather of UP change? BHU meteorologist said- Today due to the effect of new western disturbance, there are chances of drizzle in some districts of Western UP, but its effect will not be visible in the districts of Purvanchal. However, there will be dense fog in some districts in the morning.
