The role of water police in Mahakumbh is going to be more important this time than every time. For the first time, small ships are being launched in the Maha Kumbh to ensure that no untoward incident happens to all the bathers and saints coming here from all over the country and the world. These hi-tech jet skis will be able to reach anywhere in the blink of an eye.
On the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, selected officers of Uttar Pradesh are busy finalizing the preparations for Mahakumbh. Under this, the security system of Water Police is being further strengthened.
Help will reach the needy immediately
Water Police in-charge Janardan Prasad Sahni said that for the first time in Mahakumbh, hi-tech jet skis are being deployed for the safety of the devotees. A demand has been made for 25 hi-tech jet skis, which will join the water police fleet by December. These small vessels, which are joining the Water Police fleet for the first time, will be able to reach the rescue of bathers at any distance and reach within minutes. The most important thing is that its speed will be 70 kilometers per hour. This hi-tech jet ski will be able to reach the needy immediately as soon as the signal is received.
Jet ski will work like this
A powerful engine is installed in the jet ski. It draws water in and simultaneously throws it out through the rear end. This will prove to be very effective as per the need in Mahakumbh. Three people can travel together in this. In case of an emergency, one of its drivers will be able to reach the spot quickly and save at least two people. Its speed of 70 kilometers per hour will prove to be the biggest help to the water police.
