A tractor hit a car near Shivani Furniture Sector-11. The collision was so strong that three youths died on the spot. One was sent to the hospital. He died during treatment there. While one is undergoing treatment. Uttam, who was admitted to the hospital, told in his complaint to the police that he along with his friends Mohit, Vishal, Manish and Himanshu were all residents of A-2 New Kondli.
