16 cyber criminals were arrested in October

DCP Cyber โ€‹โ€‹Crime Preeti Yadav said that the Cyber โ€‹โ€‹Crime Police Station takes immediate cognizance of the cases related to cyber fraud and provides assistance to the victims as soon as possible. By establishing coordination with the concerned banks, the police gets the cyber fraud money returned to the accounts of the victims as soon as possible. In this series, in October, immediate action was taken by the Cyber โ€‹โ€‹Crime Police Station on various complaints lodged by the victims and Rs 1 crore 74 lakh 37 thousand 676 were frozen. Rs 69 lakh 82 thousand 998 were also returned to the accounts of the victims. 16 cyber criminals were arrested in October and sent to jail. Police officials have appealed to the people to remain alert to avoid cyber crimes.
