The music video Inimel is scheduled for release in both Tamil and Telugu. It will be produced by Kamal Haasan under his label Raj Kamal Films International.

Raaj Kamal Films International (RKFI), led by Kamal Haasan, has announced its latest project Inimel. Initially kept under wraps, it’s now confirmed to be a music video. Kamal Haasan shared the same on social media, where he mentioned himself as the lyricist and Shruti Haasan as the composer of the video. Notably, director Lokesh Kanagaraj will be seen in the video, marking his acting debut alongside Shruti Haasan.

He wrote on X, “#Inimel all your Delulus Become Trulus”. The minimalist poster hints the song has a romantic theme.

Earlier, a poster featuring Shruti Haasan and Lokesh Kanagaraj, along with the tagline Delulu is the new Solulu, sparked speculation among fans about a potential film collaboration between the two. Several social media users commented on the poster. One user wrote, “What? Wow!” Another user commented, “Happy to see Kamal producing a Telugu film.” One user also added, “Seems interesting. Looking forward to seeing his work.”

In the poster, Lokesh Kanagaraj and Shruti Haasan were seen in black, exchanging glances. The music video Inimel is scheduled for release in both Tamil and Telugu. It will be produced by Kamal Haasan under his label Raj Kamal Films International.

Dwarkesh Prabakar is responsible for directorial duties for Inimel, while Bhuvan Gowda assumes the role of a cinematographer. The release date for Inimel is yet to be disclosed.

Meanwhile, Lokesh will join forces with Kamal Haasan again for Vikram 2. The production is slated to commence after the director completes his ongoing commitments, which include Kaithi 2. Lokesh will also direct a movie starring Rajinikanth, which is temporarily titled Thalaivar 171.

Kamal Haasan is currently filming for Mani Ratnam’s upcoming project, Thug Life. Shruti Haasan, on the other hand, was last seen in Salaar. The film was a hit at the box office. Her Hollywood movie, The Eye, also premiered at a film festival last year. Her upcoming projects include Chennai Story, an adaptation of Arrangements of Love, Dacoit: A Love Story, Rashna: The Ray of Light, and Sabaash Kundu.
