Amidst the hubbub of Holi in Varanasi, on Tuesday, youth misbehaved with a couple at Tripura Bhairavi Ghat of Ganga. The youth threw colors and water on the woman who had come to visit the ghat with her husband. The youth standing on top of the ghat hooted loudly and also abused him.
