Voter Marathon was organized in the district today with the aim of making people aware about maximum voting in the district along with motivating the young voters for 100 percent voting with the announcement of 'Jaago Re Jago Voter', first vote and then refreshments. The “New Voter Marathon” organized at the district headquarters was inaugurated by Chief Development Officer Ramya R. After showing the green flag, he left the Collectorate premises. Starting from Collectorate, the marathon passed through water tank, jail road, police line and Sri Guru Nanak Chowk and ended at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Bahraich.
