The police theory has failed in the CJM court in Sultanpur. CJM Bateshwar Kumar, while canceling the investigation, has ordered to prosecute absconding Inspector Nishu Tomar, who had a reward of Rs 50,000, for rape, money grabbing and under the IT Act.
