Inhumanity was meted out to a minor rape victim at Sardhana CHC
In Meerut, the CHC doctor and staff nurse were removed for not admitting a minor rape victim to the CHC. The DM has constituted a three-member inquiry committee in the entire case. The inquiry committee checked the CCTV cameras of the CHC and questioned the staff there.

The victim is being threatened with a settlement
To cover up its shamelessness, the health department team kept hiding the whole matter. But the whole matter came to light through the media. The victim kept writhing in pain for one and a half hours on the bench outside the CHC. But the medical staff did not even look at the victim, let alone touch her. In such a situation, the victim could have died. She kept bleeding and the medical staff kept sleeping peacefully. It is being told that now the victim is being threatened to compromise by the accused. Let us tell you that the police have arrested the rape accused and sent him to jail, but strict action has not been taken against the CHC staff till now.

In this entire case, Kailash Satyarthi Foundation has extended a helping hand to get justice for the rape victim. The foundation’s team discharged the girl from the hospital and sent her home. The foundation’s team is continuously talking to the victim’s family and gathering information about the entire case. The team members will also come to Meerut from Delhi to meet the victim’s family.
Police accused of intimidation
The victim’s family and the foundation members allege that a police inspector threatened the victim’s family on Tuesday and misbehaved with them. However, the police supported the victim on the day of the incident. The station in-charge inspector was the first to reach the CHC and scolded the medical staff of the CHC and asked them to admit the victim.
